Experience a deeply transformative breathwork session tailored to your unique needs. Held in a calming, private setting, this in-person session provides the perfect opportunity to release stress, process emotions, and regain inner balance with personalized guidance and support.
Cancellation Policy
Your safety and well-being are always important. Breathwork may not be suitable for you if you have any of the following conditions: - Cardiovascular problems - Abnormally high blood pressure - Aneurysms - Epilepsy - Past seizures - Anyone taking heavy medication - Severe psychiatric symptoms, especially psychosis or paranoia - Bipolar - Osteoporosis - Recent surgery - Glaucoma - Pregnant (please reach out in advance) - Asthma: if you have asthma, please bring your inhaler with you to the class and consult with your doctor before participating in breathwork. - Any person who has a mental illness who is not in treatment or have adequate support. If you have a question about any condition that is not listed here, please consult a physician before participating in breathwork. I warrant an represent that I do not have any of the above conditions, and I understand that if I am not sure about whether I meet the criteria, that I will consult my physician and my breathwork facilitator before the event. I declare that I am in acceptable health conditions in all of the above mentioned aspects, allowing me to participate in breathwork. I voluntarily participate in these activities knowing the risks and consequences, known or not. I release Jamie Booth, and the event space from all responsibilities, costs and damages that may occur from participating in breathwork activities. I agree and accept financial responsibility for costs related to treatment. By clicking the checkmark, I acknowledge that I have read the above warning and agree to proceed with full responsibility, and I understand that I have waived certain rights by signing this release of liability freely and voluntarily.
